How to place an order with Body Active UKŪ

Once you have made your selection, proceed to check out. You will be asked to enter your details, including e-mail, billing and shipping address. We need to have an e-mail address so that we can contact you if there are any problems.
Payment
You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, cheques or cash. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. You may enter a different shipping address (e.g. work, or if it is for a gift) from the billing address.
Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed, and we are unable to cancel it once it has been dispatched.

UK* Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days; however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 7 working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

All UK* standard deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £3.50 (Inc VAT). Our shipping definition of the UK* includes the UK Mainland, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands but not Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you would like your goods delivery to alternative locations, please contact us for delivery fees.
Damaged Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects, however if you receive your goods and they are damaged, you must notify us within 7 days and ensure the damaged goods are returned within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. We will either replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.
