Bryony has always enjoyed exercise to music classes. Because of her love for exercise, when a course came up at Canterbury College to train as an aerobic instructor she applied, and successfully qualified in 2001.

Bryony has been teaching a variety of fitness classes since qualifying and enjoys helping others to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and effective way. She loves teaching aerobics and yoga in Canterbury and her classes are extremely friendly and fun to do.
