A complete full body toning class using a mixture of body weight, dumbbells and resistance tubing.

Increases muscle, body definition and tone, which helps speed up the metabolism therefore burning more fat and increasing bone mineral density to help prevent Osteoporosis.
Circuits 4 All™
An enjoyable class using the latest equipment and techniques for great results, no co-ordination required.
